How does billing work?

Monthly billing through LemonSqueezy. You can cancel anytime from the Plan page — your plan stays active until the end of the billing period.

What happens to my data if I downgrade?

Your data is retained based on your current plan's retention limit (7 days for Free, 90 days for Starter, unlimited for Pro). Data older than your limit is automatically cleaned up.

Is my App Store Connect data secure?

Yes. ASC API credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage. We only request read-only sales and analytics access — we cannot modify your apps.

How accurate is the revenue data?

Revenue shows Apple's developer proceeds — the exact amount Apple pays you after their 15-30% commission. It matches App Store Connect's "Sales and Trends" section.

Can I track apps from multiple Apple Developer accounts?

Yes. Each app can have its own ASC credentials. You can mix apps from different developer accounts in one Apsity dashboard.

What is the Keyword Search and how does it differ from My Keywords?

My Keywords tracks how *your* apps rank for keywords you add. Keyword Search lets you query any keyword to see the top 50 apps ranked for it on the App Store — useful for competitor research, idea validation, and ASO discovery. Free plan gets 20 searches/day; paid plans add AI summary and app detail panels.

What is the Keyword Watchlist (Pro only)?

What is MCP API access?

Why is my checkout total higher than the listed price?

Listed prices are in USD before tax.
