Terms of Service

By accessing or using Apsity ("the Service"), operated at apsity.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Apsity is a web-based analytics dashboard for iOS app developers. The Service provides:

• App Store keyword ranking tracking and difficulty analysis
• Revenue, download, and subscription data visualization via App Store Connect API
• Competitor app tracking, keyword comparison, and metadata change detection
• AI-powered keyword optimization and growth insights (powered by Anthropic Claude)
• Email alerts for rank changes, revenue drops, review notifications, and download surges
• Weekly performance reports delivered via email

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

To use revenue and sales features, you may provide App Store Connect API credentials (Key ID, Issuer ID, and private key). These credentials are:

• Encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM before storage
• Used solely to fetch your app data from Apple's API
• Never shared with third parties other than Apple's own API endpoints
• Deletable at any time through your account settings

You are responsible for ensuring your ASC credentials have appropriate permissions and that sharing them with Apsity does not violate your agreements with Apple.

Apsity offers three plans: Free, Starter ($9/month), and Pro ($19/month). Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Recurring monthly billing until cancelled
• Plan limits: apps, keywords per app, competitors, and data retention as described on the pricing page
• LemonSqueezy's terms of service for payment processing

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact jinseok.help@gmail.com for refund requests.

Data retention varies by plan:

• Free: Sales data, keyword rankings, category rankings, and insights are automatically deleted after 7 days
• Starter: Same data types are deleted after 90 days
• Pro: No automatic deletion; data is retained indefinitely

Competitor snapshots and metadata changes are retained for 90 days regardless of plan. Account data and app metadata are retained until you delete your account.

Apsity uses Anthropic Claude to generate keyword suggestions, app name ideas, and growth insights. AI-generated content is:

• Provided "as is" without guarantees of accuracy or effectiveness
• Not a substitute for professional ASO (App Store Optimization) advice
• Generated using your app data (name, category, keywords, description) sent to Anthropic's API

You are solely responsible for any changes you make to your App Store listings based on AI suggestions.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any laws or Apple's developer agreements
• Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
• Abuse API rate limits or attempt to scrape data from the Service
• Use the Service to manipulate App Store rankings through fraudulent means
• Resell or redistribute data obtained through the Service

• No guarantee of rankings: Apsity tracks and analyzes data but does not guarantee any improvement in App Store rankings, revenue, or downloads.
• Apple API dependency: The Service relies on Apple's App Store Connect API and iTunes Search API. Changes to these APIs may affect Service functionality without notice.
• Data accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, App Store data may be delayed, incomplete, or subject to Apple's reporting schedules. Revenue figures reflect Apple's reported proceeds and may not match your actual payouts.
• Third-party service availability: We rely on Supabase (database), Resend (email), LemonSqueezy (payments), Anthropic (AI), and Vercel (hosting). Outages of these services may affect Apsity.
• Keyword difficulty scores: Difficulty estimates are algorithmic approximations, not official Apple metrics.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apsity and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our data retention policies.
