How do I connect my App Store Connect account?
Go to Dashboard → Settings → App Store Connect section. Enter your Key ID, Issuer ID, and private key. These credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage. You can generate API keys in App Store Connect → Users and Access → Integrations → App Store Connect API.
What permissions does the ASC API key need?
Your API key needs read-only access to Sales and Trends, Finance, and App Information. We never modify your App Store listings or submit builds.
How often is my data updated?
Sales and download data is synced once daily (around 3:00 AM KST / 6:00 PM UTC). Keyword rankings are updated daily at 3:30 AM KST. Reviews are collected daily. You can also manually sync from the sidebar.
Why is my revenue data different from App Store Connect?
Apsity displays Apple's reported proceeds (developer revenue after Apple's commission). Figures may differ slightly due to currency conversion timing, reporting delays, or subscription accounting methods. Subscription data uses the latest daily snapshot to avoid double-counting.
What happens to my data when I downgrade?
When you downgrade, data older than your new plan's retention limit (7 days for Free, 90 days for Starter) will be deleted during the next daily cleanup. This is irreversible. Apps and keywords exceeding the new plan's limits remain but cannot be added to until you're within limits.
How does AI keyword optimization work?
The AI analyzes your app's name, category, current keywords, and competitor keywords. It generates an optimized 100-character keyword string for each locale, maximizing coverage while targeting low-difficulty, high-opportunity terms. Results include a rationale explaining why each keyword was chosen. Available on Starter and Pro plans.
What alerts will I receive?
Starter plan: keyword rank changes (±3 positions), low-rating reviews (3 stars or below), revenue drops (-30% vs previous day), and weekly reports (every Monday).
Pro plan: all Starter alerts plus country download surges (+50% vs 7-day average).
You can disable specific alerts in Dashboard → Settings.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Dashboard → Plan. If you have an active subscription, click 'Manage Subscription' to open the LemonSqueezy customer portal where you can cancel, change plans, or update your payment method.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact jinseok.help@gmail.com with your account email and reason for refund. We typically process requests within 3 business days.
How do I delete my account?
Contact jinseok.help@gmail.com to request account deletion. We will delete your account and all associated data (apps, keywords, sales data, reviews, insights, and ASC credentials).
